Shade Systems completes major parking shade project at West Vue

Shade Systems™ is proud to have completed design, manufacturing, and installation of  its parking shade structures to protect parked vehicles at the new Alvista West Vue rental apartment development in Orlando, Florida.  The Shade Systems team broke ground in April 2021 and completed the 7-figure shade project on time and on budget before year end.

Shade Systems was selected by Rise, the developers of the housing project, to provide shade protection for over 500 parking spaces at this brand new upscale community in Central Florida.  The Single Cantilever shade designs specified are perfect for car parking, as their support columns are engineered to stay out of the way of vehicles.  Shade Systems also provided innovative shade canopies at the project’s pool complex to protect residents and guests from the sun’s harmful U.V. rays.
