Fabric sail shade structures by Shade Systems with night lighting features
Most professionals think of Shade Systems when designing for shade and protection against the sun’s harmful U.V. rays. But what about those same public spaces which are open for use during the night? Shade Systems Sail fabric canopies and structures are perfect for creating a pedestrian-friendly outdoor space which invites people with the warm glow of reflective and direct lighting in partnership with the imaginatively designed Sail fabric canopies.
In the photo to the left, Shade Systems designed its Sail shade canopies to provide an imaginative look for this building entrance as well as shade protection during the daytime, while strategically placed lighting fixtures illuminate the Sail canopies to create a welcoming entryway at night.
Night lighting used together with our Sail fabric canopies is useful at the entrance of any building, including schools, recreation centers, stores, hospitality businesses, and theme parks.
But that’s not all.
In the photo to the right, Shade Systems fabric Sail canopies are used to illuminate the Myrtle Beach boardwalk with welcoming lighting for night use. For the boardwalk project, Shade Systems designed the receptables for lighting fixtures right into its steel Sail support columns with easy access for wiring. With the lit Sails dotting the 1.2 mile length of the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, the Sail shade canopies which are used to protect visitors from the sun’s harmful U.V. rays during the day serve a dual purpose by providing a warmly lit nighttime promenade.
Shade Systems fabric shade structures feature our remarkable CoolNet™ shade fabric in a variety of durable colors, and our ‘Sail’ designs can be configured in a virtually endless array of shapes and sizes to accommodate any public space where shade and sun protection is needed.
For the best sun protection products, choose Shade Systems for our extensive line of fabric shade structures, tents, canopies, and sun shelters to cover playgrounds, bleachers, dugouts, sports fields, pool areas, waterplay and waterpark areas, concessions, and other outdoor spaces where protection is needed from the sun’s harmful U.V. rays.
