UNO’s Pizzeria in Orlando gets Shade Systems^™ Tornado^® fabric shades!

Shade Systems is proud to announce it has supplied its stunning Tornado® shade sculptures to the newly-renovated UNO’s Pizzeria at a high-profile location near the Disney entrance in sunny Orlando, Florida.

Pizzeria UNO was looking for a dual-purpose way of providing much-needed shade for its patrons in the outdoor seating area of the restaurant, while simultaneously creating an attractive curbside visual appeal which would draw customers to its restaurant. Shade Systems was selected to design and manufacture a creative look, and its Tornado line of shade sculptures was the solution for the customer’s needs.

Further, Shade Systems engineered it’s Tornado frames with accommodations for electrical fixtures to create an attractive night time ambiance using multi-hued lighting. It’s a perfect combination: cooling shade by day, and vibrantly lit night time effects – all designed for an attractive and striking look to welcome customers to UNO’s!

The management at Pizzeria UNO’s corporate did their research and knew Shade Systems is unique as a completely vertically-integrated designer and manufacturer of a wide variety of creative outdoor shade solutions.  Shade Systems employs its own in-house design and engineering team to create the highest quality products, and they’re all U.S. made under one roof at its Ocala, Florida manufacturing plant.  Likewise, it was important to the customer that Shade Systems has a long and successful track record for implementing similar challenging shading projects nationwide, and that its product warranties are the most comprehensive in the industry.

Gracefully arching steel piping arms radiate outward from a curved central support column to create a 5-point tensioned shade canopy which makes a bold architectural statement about its determination to shade stylishly.
